In accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the OCC, the Board, and the FDIC (the agencies) may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. The Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), of which the agencies are members, has approved the agencies' publication for public comment of a proposal to extend for three years, without revision, the Country Exposure Report (FFIEC 009) and the Country Exposure Information Report (FFIEC 009a), which are currently approved collections of information. At the end of the comment period for this notice, the FFIEC and the agencies will review any comments received to determine whether to modify the proposal in response to comments. As required by the PRA, the agencies will then publish a second Federal Register notice for a 30-day comment period and submit the final FFIEC 009 and FFIEC 009a to OMB for review and approval.
Low Income Taxpayer Clinic Grant Program; Availability of 2026 Grant Application Package

Imposition of Import Restrictions on Archaeological and Ethnological Material of Uzbekistan
This document amends the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations to reflect the imposition of import restrictions on certain archaeological and ethnological materials from the Republic of Uzbekistan (Uzbekistan). These restrictions are imposed pursuant to an agreement between the United States and Uzbekistan, entered into under the authority of the Convention on Cultural Property Implementation Act. This document amends the CBP regulations by adding Uzbekistan to the list of countries which have bilateral agreements with the United States imposing cultural property import restrictions and contains the Designated List, describing the archaeological and ethnological material to which the restrictions apply.
Special Measure Regarding Huione Group, as a Foreign Financial Institution of Primary Money Laundering Concern
FinCEN is issuing a notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM), pursuant to section 311 of the USA PATRIOT Act, that proposes prohibiting the opening or maintaining of a correspondent account in the United States for, or on behalf of, Huione Group, a foreign financial institution based in Cambodia found to be of primary money laundering concern. The NPRM also would require covered financial institutions to apply special due diligence to their foreign correspondent accounts that is reasonably designed to guard against their use to process transactions involving Huione Group.

Temporary Exceptions to FIRREA Appraisal Requirements in Los Angeles County as Affected by California Wildfires and Straight-Line Winds
The Depository Institutions Disaster Relief Act of 1992 (DIDRA) authorizes the agencies to make exceptions to statutory and regulatory appraisal requirements under Title XI of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 (FIRREA) relating to transactions involving real property located within an area in a State or territory declared to be a major disaster by the President. In this statement and order, the agencies exercise their authority to grant temporary exceptions to the FIRREA appraisal requirements for real estate-related financial transactions, provided certain criteria are met, in Los Angeles County, California following the major disaster declared by the President as a result of wildfires and straight-line winds. The expiration date for the exceptions is January 8, 2028, which is 3 years after the date the President declared the major disaster.
2025 Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Data Call
Pursuant to the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002, as amended (TRIA), insurers that participate in the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program (TRIP or the Program) are directed to submit information for the 2025 TRIP Data Call, which covers the reporting period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. Participating insurers are required to register and report information in a series of forms approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). All insurers writing commercial property and casualty insurance in lines subject to TRIP, subject to certain exceptions identified in this notice, must respond to this data call no later than May 15, 2025.
