The Directorate of Defense Trade Controls and the Department of State give notice that the attached Notifications of Proposed Commercial Export Licenses were submitted to Congress on the dates indicated.

The State Department will hold a public meeting at 1 p.m.-2:30 p.m. (ET) on WebEx with the Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy's International Information and Communications Policy (CDP/ICP) division. The purpose of the meeting is to brief stakeholders on CDP/ICP's past and upcoming international engagements. Paul Getty Museum at the Getty Center, Los Angeles, California, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is of cultural significance, and, further, that its temporary conservation, scientific research, and exhibition or display within the United States as aforementioned is in the national interest. Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects being imported from abroad pursuant to an agreement with their foreign owner or custodian for temporary display in the exhibition "Tintoretto's Genesis" at the Cincinnati Art Museum, Cincinnati, Ohio, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, are of cultural significance, and, further, that their temporary exhibition or display within the United States as aforementioned is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.

The Department of State is publishing the names of one or more persons that have been placed on the Department of Treasury's List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN List) administered by the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) based on the Department of State's determination, in consultation with other departments, as appropriate, that one or more applicable legal criteria of the Executive Order reimposing certain sanctions with respect to Iran were satisfied. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of these persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.

On December 23, 2024, notice was published in the Federal Register of determinations pertaining to certain objects to be included in an exhibition entitled "The First Homosexuals." On February 11, 2025, notice was published in the Federal Register of determinations pertaining to a certain additional object to be included in the aforesaid exhibition. Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain additional objects being imported from abroad pursuant to agreements with their foreign owners or custodians for temporary display in the aforesaid exhibition by Alphawood Foundation, through its subsidiary Alphawood Exhibitions LLC, at the Wrightwood 659 Gallery, Chicago, Illinois, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, are of cultural significance, and, further, that their temporary exhibition or display within the United States as aforementioned is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.

Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: I hereby determine that certain objects being imported from abroad pursuant to agreements with their foreign owners or custodians for temporary display in the exhibition "Rethinking Etruria" at the Institute for the Study of the Ancient World, New York University, New York, New York, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, are of cultural significance, and, further, that their temporary exhibition or display within the United States as aforementioned is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these determinations be published in the Federal Register.

The Department of State is updating the list of Participants eligible for trade in rough diamonds under the Act, and their respective Importing and Exporting Authorities, revising the previously published list of April 6, 2022, to reflect the addition of Uzbekistan as a Participant.

The Department of State has submitted the information collection described below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 we are requesting comments on this collection from all interested individuals and organizations. The purpose of this Notice is to allow 30 days for public comment.
