The applicant must then upload a final and signed subgrant agreement through GrantEase by the date requested. As required by 45 CFR 1627.4(b)(3), LSC will inform applicants of its decision to disapprove or approve an application for a 2025 mid-year subgrant no later than the subgrant’s proposed effective date. Eligible individuals use the system to enroll or change enrollment during the annual Federal Benefits Open Season or when experiencing a qualifying life event during the plan year under 5 CFR 894.101.
